Digital menu boards for cafes and coffee shops

Hot drinks, cold drinks, breakfast, sandwiches and cakes, and a cake list that is different by Thursday. A chalkboard is charming until the third time somebody orders the brownie you sold out of on Tuesday.

Fourteen days free, no card. After that £14 a month for one screen, £22 for two, £32 for three or four, and £45 for five or more. No VAT charged.

Why shops move

You make the changes, not us

Most signage companies hand you a screen and keep the software. A new price, a line you have sold out of, a special for the weekend: you email it over and wait, and it goes up when it suits them.

Counterboard hands you the keys. Changing the cakes and the specials takes about ten seconds behind the counter and every screen in the shop has it before the next customer. We still draw your first board and put your prices on it, at no extra cost. We just do not keep hold of it afterwards.

What you get on day one

The artwork is already drawn

You do not start at a blank screen. The board above is yours the moment you sign up, with an empty box waiting under every printed heading: Hot Drinks, Cold Drinks, Breakfast, Sandwiches and Cakes. Put your prices in the boxes and it is finished.

Take a photograph of the chalkboard you already have and the prices come off it, so the first board takes minutes rather than an evening.

Getting your prices on it

Photograph the menu you already have

Take a picture of your printed board, your leaflet or your delivery listing. The prices are read off it in seconds and come back as a list you can check. No typing out a hundred lines, which is the reason most shops never get round to this.

You do not have to do even that yourself the first time. Send us the photograph and we put your prices on the board for you, at no extra cost, before you have paid us anything.

What you need

Probably the TV you already have

A smart TV runs it on its own. An older one needs a streaming stick in the HDMI socket, about £30 from any shop, or we send you one set up. Each screen keeps the menu on itself, so the board stays up when the line goes down. The price goes by how many screens you put up, from £14 a month for one.
