The ones everybody asks
Will it work on the screen I have?
Yes. Any screen with an HDMI socket works: plug in a Fire TV stick and get the free Counterboard app. A Fire TV, Google TV or Android TV already has it in its app store, and an iPad works too.
Do my customers need to download anything?
No. They scan the code on your screen with their phone's camera and their loyalty card opens. They can add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet if they like.
Can I change my prices myself?
Yes, from your phone, any time. Type the new price and every screen in the shop has it within a minute. Each paid screen includes 2 price updates a month; more come in packs: ten for £9, twenty-five for £20 or fifty for £35.
I have more than one shop. Does it work for me?
Yes. Run every shop from one login, and change a price once for every branch. Each shop's screen joins with one code of your own.
Is there a contract?
No. One screen is free for as long as you like. The paid plan is monthly, and you can stop any time.
