Open Your boardsTap Your boards. Every board you have is there as a picture.
Change pricesUnder the board, tap Change prices. You see every line on the board as a list.
Type the new numbersChange what needs changing and leave the rest. Change as many prices as you need in one go.
Update the boardTap Update the board. The lines you changed are drawn again, and everything else stays exactly as it was.
Check itAbout a minute later the new board comes back beside the old one. Look at every price, then tap Use the new one. Changed your mind? Keep the old one, and nothing changes.
Send it to the TVPress the button that sends it to your TVs. Every screen showing that board has it within about a minute.

What people ask

Does changing prices cost anything?

No. Changing prices is free and unlimited on every plan, as often as your prices move. Only a new look, or adding and removing items, counts as your one change a month.

Can staff change the prices too?

Yes. Add them in Counterboard and they sign in on their own phone. You decide who can change what.

What if I make a mistake?

Nothing reaches the TV until you have seen the new board and chosen it. If a price is wrong, keep the old board and try again.

I have three screens. Do I change each one?

No. Change the board once and every screen showing that board gets the new prices.

Can I change prices from a computer?

Yes. The same steps work in any web browser, on a phone, a tablet or a computer.
